How We Add Value
Lower FCR
Hear what our customers are saying:
Daniel Sisco, Live Operations Manager with Wayne-Sanderson Farms

- BinSentry pilots are a low-lift, proven 120-day process.
- Prove measurable improvements in FCR and efficiency within weeks.
- Scale across complexes to maximize ROI and simplify feed oversight.

Elevated Insights
We'll monitor 32 bins (minimum), across your operation, then show you the data within 60 days - data that can highlight areas of improvement. This includes:
-
Analysis of feed outages
-
Feed delivery summary
-
Feed consumption analysis
-
Barn and bin inventory summary
Maximizing Impact
Once we’ve reviewed the initial data together, BinSentry will provide a customized software training experience for your team, along with regular check-ins with our Customer Success Team to help:
-
Overcome any challenges you may be facing with our software.
-
Explore how to maximize the impact of BinSentry’s solution.
-
Discuss any operational areas for improvement.
-
Show where differences have been made after using the BinSentry software.

Case Studies & Position Papers
This is where we go beyond marketing and sales and into real-world operations. BinSentry is working with its commercial partners on studies to explore and understand more about how we can provide solutions to their biggest challenges.
Position Paper
In this position paper, we take you through how, by monitoring tens of thousands of feed bins across North America, our team discovered a new, previously undetected source of out-of-feed events: Slide management.
Learn what we discovered.
ProSense Feed
It’s hard to know how much feed is in a bin. And up until now, you’ve been managing one of your biggest cost centers by climbing up ladders, peering into dark holes and hitting bins with mallets.
That all changes now.
Hanor Case Study
BinSentry partnered with Hanor, one of North America’s top pork producers, on a year-long study that aimed to better understand the connection between out-of-feed events and feed conversion ratios.

How does BinSentry’s Centralized Feed Ordering Hub deliver ROI?
BinSentry’s platform gives you visibility to the controllable costs in the feed supply chain. We help your organization drive increased profits by managing the most time-consuming and error-prone tasks within the livestock feed supply chain. Streamlining and automating the feed ordering processes enables you to enhance your operational efficiency; eliminate paper-based and manual processes, reduce costs related to inaccurate feed inventory data, feed outages and waste, late, missed and last-minute orders, transportation, and inefficient communication with your customers.
How long does it take to have BinSentry installed and fully operational?
A trained professional completes all installations, with no bin modifications or gateways needed. Software access is then granted, and all updates are pushed over-the-air for real time access, anytime, anywhere. Having an account running is as simple as signing up and importing your bins into our platform.
How does the sensor work? Is it laser, ultrasonic, proximity or some other technology?
It’s 9,000 times better! BinSentry 3D sensor uses machine vision technology, providing you with a 3D image of your feed level surface, allowing you to literally view a representation of the interior of the bin from any angle. Unlike single-point sensors, which just read 1 data point, BinSentry’s 3D sensor measures 9,000+ points on the feed surface (even when rat-holes occur), equipping you with the most accurate data even with the most challenging feed products.
Mounted to the lip of the feed bin hatch (no bin modification is required), our solar-powered and self-cleaning sensor measures the distance to the feed surface and converts this data into volume and tonnage. This information is then sent to our software so you can easily access real-time sensor data & insights and make smarter decisions.
Do BinSentry sensors modify the feed bin?
No. Our sensor uses rare-earth magnets (magnets resistant to demagnetization) to secure our solar charging base to the bin’s roof. This piece of the hardware is connected to BinSentry’s patented zero-modification bracket, which is then placed inside the bin lid and secured on the lip of the feed bin hatch.
Does it require power? Does the weather affect its performance?
No. Our self-sustaining sensor is solar-powered, enabling it to operate indefinitely while the sun continues to shine. It continues to run through snow and rain, thanks to our battery backup.
