Why is my "Reading Not Available" on the Bin Page?

In situations where we are unable to show you a level on a bin we will not show you an active 3d rendering.

If your sensor reports an outlier reading, the 3D rendering will be greyed out to represent that the sensor was not confident on the last reading. This could be because the sensor scanned the bin during a refill, or the feed is too close to the camera to determine the weight. Since we do no have a valid reading we will not show you a current 3D rendering.
