What should I expect from a BinSentry service call?

BinSentry understands the safety issues surrounding feed bins and works with each customer to ensure safety protocols are followed during a service call.

Critical services are typically completed within 5 days, dependent on scheduling, weather, or other complications like Bio-Security or site access restrictions. Upon request, advance contact will only be made where necessary. The majority of service visits are very quick, on average a BinSentry service call will take less than 30 minutes to complete.

  • Service technicians will spray their vehicle tires and boots upon entry and exit.
  • All of our service technicians have been trained and certified in working at heights as well as fall protection.
  • Additional safety protocols can be implemented if requested. We will also look at following extra protocols during times when there is a high risk of outbreak.
  • In some of our service areas we would have our service tech partners handle the service call. They are regional companies who work in the agricultural service sector.
  • Subcontractors are qualified professionals that work with integrity and must adhere to the polices and procedures set out by BinSentry. In this case, we would be dependent on their availability.
