Your sensor is receiving algorithm training, what does that mean?

Algorithm training is a good thing and helps the sensor adapt to new or unusual scenarios

BinSentry’s 3D sensor measures 9,000+ points on the feed surface (even when rat-holes occur), equipping you with the most accurate data even with the most challenging feed products. In some cases we are able to help the system learn or adapt when given new information.

  • Machine vision technology used by our 3D sensor helps to provide you with an image of the feed level surface.
  • BinSentry's 3D sensors can see the surface of the feed and combines that with the physical properties of feed to determine the size and shape of the feed pile.

Algorithm training allows us the ability to make unique bins and bin environments work better when we need to. We are able to review the exact images we do not agree with and correct those by hand. The best part about this training is, every other sensor learns from these unique scenarios and the training that one sensor receives is applied to all sensors, in all your bins.
