BinSentry will try to keep your bins full by offering you suggestions when bins might be at risk of running empty.
Since BinSentry's hardware is keeping an eye on your feed multiple times a day, we build a relationship and understanding of how the feed is consumed on each bin. This allows us to provided suggestions up to 3 days in advance of the Bin running empty.
We are able to suggest orders with the following information, which of course are editable as needed:
- Feed Type (If no previous feed type, you will need to choose one)
- Date & Time (You can edit the time or date as needed)
- Order Amount (BinSentry will try to keep the bin full, you may need to edit the order amount if you don't want the bin to be full)
You will know if there are suggestions for any of your bins by the purple banner on your Bin Cards.
The Orders Modal which drives how your Create and Save Orders in BinSentry, also provides you the ability to take action on the suggestions:
If everything looks just just hit Confirm Order and you're all set. Otherwise you can adjust any of the information to ensure the product, amount and time are appropriate to your customers needs.
You can also use the Orders List page to review All of the suggestions available to you, with optional filtering to find what you need faster.
