Tips to troubleshoot login issues

If you are unable to login to your BinSentry account, there are 4 steps you can try:

1. Is your password correct? Double check to ensure that it has been typed correctly. If you have forgotten your password, it is easy to Reset.  
2. Close and reopen your browser then reload the page.
3. Reset your browser cache.
4. Restart your computer or device.

Steps 3 and 4 often clear up the majority of login issues(this is true for most websites as well).
