I had a service call but my sensor is still not working. What should I do?
It is extremely rare that issues remain after a service call but if they do, please see our process below.
- Following a service call, that was flagged through "Report A Concern" on your sensor bin page, our support team will send a quick email advising service has been completed. This email will also ask if you still have any questions or concerns regarding the sensor in question.
- If issues continue beyond this, please create a new ticket through "Report A Concern."
- Our support team will take another look at your sensor and triage to determine if we can fix the issue inhouse or if service will return.
- If service is again required, a banner will be placed on your sensor bin page and removed once service has been complete.
