Removing or changing user permissions can be done easily in BinSentry by a user that has Mill Administrator access.
- Click on the "Settings" icon in the left-hand toolbar. A menu will appear, then click "Organizations".
- If your user has permissions at the customer level, simply click on the Customer Name and then the "Users" tab.
- If your user was added at the farm level, simply click on the Customer Name and then the Farm followed by the "Users" tab.
- Once you locate the users email, click on the "X" beside the permissions that require removal.
- A new box will popup asking to confirm removal. By clicking "OK" the permissions will be removed from the user.
- The "Change Role" can also be selected if you do not want to remove the user completely, but would like to update the users role.
- A pop-up will show. Highlight the new role required and click on "Set Role" to add.
