How do I opt-in to receive text message/SMS notifications?

Our Critical Event Management (CEM) feature will notify you via text on any notifications you have setup in BinSentry

Text messaging is included in our CEM add-on. This feature allows you to receive texts for all of the notifications you have set up in BinSentry.

To receive texts:

1. Navigate to your profile page by selecting and click "Go to Profile"
2. Under the "Update Notifications Preferences", select the SMS to be turned to On and click on the green update button

      Note: You must have a valid phone number under the User information section of the profile
3. You will receive a confirmation text when you have successfully opted-in to receiving SMS notifications

4. Navigate to the Notifications page and on the left hand side select "Settings"
5. Enable the desired notification and then select the empty box under SMS
