How do I Report new Bio-Security Rules to BinSentry?

We take bio-security very seriously at BinSentry and want to be sure to implement any new rules quickly from our customers.

• Customers play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our biosecurity rules. Therefore, it is crucial that any new biosecurity rules are reported to our Customer Success team at BinSentry as soon as they are identified.
• Send these updates to success@binsentry.com.
• We will then notify our service team to make appropriate updates in our system.
• These updates can be visible in the Platform on each of the farms if needed.  
• If rules change and need to be updated or removed, please let us know.
