      How do I Create and Save Orders within BinSentry?

      With a couple of clicks, understand exactly how much feed can fit in a Bin.

      Start an order by selecting a Customer or Farm from the Dashboard then choosing which bin you'd like to place an order to:

      Once you have found a Bin that you want to create and save an Order,  click the "View Orders" button to open the Ordering Modal.

      Placing An Order (5 steps):

      1. Select a timeslot on the Timeline. This will show the current level, past or present orders, as well as suggestions. Click the date and time on the timeline to select the timeslot then click "Create Order"
      2. Once you click Create Order, you then need to fill out a few of the Order Details
      3. Select your Feed Type (Find our more about Feed Types here) 
      4. After selecting the Feed Type,  either choose the recommended maximum fill amount or you can enter your own amount. It will then show you based on the previous consumption of the bin, approximately how long that refill would last.
        TIP: Use this view to help optimize your final loads of feed when finishing your animals!

      5. To complete the order, click "Create Order" and it will be acknowledged in BinSentry and will show as Scheduled on the Order Modal.

        And will also show on your Bin Card and remove the red numbers going empty from Order Scheduler.

      6. Now you can repeat this process for each order you need, with only a couple of clicks you can create many days worth of orders based on accurate inventory! 
      7. BONUS! Now that you have orders in BinSentry, quickly access, filter, and review them on the Order Manager page

      You can also place orders from any Bin Page by clicking the "Create and View Orders" button inside the Level Information box.
