If you need to send an order to a Barn which isn't part of the desired plan; such as needing to send a special medicated feed, you can create manual orders within a budget.
- Navigate to the Feed Budget you need to create a manual or one-time order for, and then click on the Day you need the order to arrive
- This will allow you to Create a manual order with a different feed type. Add any notes that may apply, and save as a draft or confirmed order
Adding manual orders may cause the Feed Budget to alert that you are ahead of schedule. Simply edit future orders to accommodate the new amount being shipped to avoid unnecessary closeout inventory.
