# How do I contact BinSentry?

## We are here to help make sure you have everything you need!

There are different avenues in which you can contact us. We are always available to help with any questions or concerns.

**General:**

- If you have a general question, please do not hesitate to call: (226)910-1110 or email: info@binsentry.com.

**Sales:**

- If you have a question about purchasing our products or scheduling a demo please email sales@binsentry.com, or fill out the form here: https://www.binsentry.com/contact-us

**Support:**

- Reach out to your Customer Success contact or email us at: success@binsentry.com.

**Sensor Concern**:  Any support related questions and /or concerns in regards to your sensor, select the "Bins" tab on the left hand side and select customer.

- Then select "View Bin"

- This will bring you to a screen displaying all of your bin information including level and level history, projections, sensor information, bin details, dimensions and bin location. At the very top right of the page, you can click "Report a Concern" to generate a support ticket. You will receive a response within 1 business day.
