How can I create Site Notes for my Farms?

Attach valuable information that anyone may need to know about a farm location, such as special delivery instructions, a contact person, or barn empty dates.

• You can add Site Notes to any farm location to inform yourself or others that may be looking after this site about important info regarding that location and any special instructions regarding the farm or delivering feed to that location.

• Notes can be about farm information such as a contact person for feed delivery or service, or other special instructions relating to delivery of feed.  They can have information about the flock of birds, when they were placed or when the barn will be emptying,  Any information that someone using BinSentry may need to know about this bin location can be added in through a Site Note.

Adding Site Notes a Farm couldn't be more simple!

• Navigate in to any farm in BinSentry that you would like to add a note to and select the "+ Add Note" button on the top right just below the map location for the site.

• The note Type by default will be "Site Note", then enter the info you would like to have in the notes area.
• Click Submit, and that info will be there for anyone to view when looking at this barn page!
• You are able to Edit or Delete Notes, as well as add multiple notes per site
