• ProSense Feed Total Inventory
  The ProSense Feed dashboard now displays Total Inventory, showing both the total feed across all bins and the percentage of inventory compared to your site's total storage capacity. 

• HD Bushel Support
  Bushels are now supported as an inventory unit for individual HD bins. Set your preferred unit and configure the appropriate bushel weight for each ingredient in Bin Settings to view inventory in bushels.

• ProSense Feed Current Bin Levels
  ProSense Feed bin readings now provide clearer status information about how recent they are, giving context at a glance so you can make more informed decisions. 
• Order Numbers
  Order numbers can now be viewed and edited, making it easier to manage and track orders directly within BinSentry.

• Feed Top of Bin Improvements
  Feed levels at the top of the bin are now more stable for a more consistent view of inventory. 
• HD Current Bin Levels
  ProSense HD bin readings include current status indicators with a timestamp of the last good reading, as well as a live view, helping you make more informed decisions no matter what is happening in the bin. 
• HD Inventory Totals
  When filtering by ingredient in Control Tower Map View, the total inventory on site and available capacity across all bins is displayed for the selected ingredient.

Control Tower for HD Mills

Control Tower provides a real-time, visual view of your entire facility - custom-built from your actual site layout so operators can instantly understand inventory status, capacity, and constraints across the mill. By replacing static lists and fragmented screens with a single interactive facility map, Control Tower delivers immediate spatial context, helping teams see everything at a glance. Respond quickly to changing conditions, and make confident decisions when it matters most, including unplanned truck arrivals and last-minute capacity constraints.

Other News

• Order status can now be updated from the Order Manager, Bin modal, and Barn modal.
• “Days until empty” is an additional statistic available when exporting latest barn levels.

• Barn projections now update immediately when a refill is detected, so your forecasts stay accurate.
• When you are notified about a new order, it will now list the barn and bin, feed type, and amount right in the notification.
